2012 Primary Election Information

The 2012 Primary Election will be conducted on Tuesday, June 26, 2012.  This will be an ALL MAIL BALLOT ELECTION.

  • Ballots will be mailed beginning Monday, June 4, 2012.
  • Ballots will be mailed to only those voters who are registered with the Democratic, Republican, or American Constitution Party.   To view a Sample Ballot for each political party, please click here.  For information about Arapahoe County candidates, please click here.
  • Unaffiliated voters will not receive a ballot for the Primary Eleciton.  If you are an unaffiliated voter and wish to participate in the 2012 Primary Election, you may affiliate with one of the three major political parties up to Election Day, June 26, 2012.  To change your political party affiliation, please click here.
  • The Voter Registration Deadline is Tuesday, May 29, 2012.
  • Service Centers/Ballot Drop-off Locations open Tuesday, June 5, 2012.  To find your nearest Service Center or Ballot Drop-off Locations, please click here.
  • The postage to return your voted mail ballot is $0.45.

  • Ballot must be received by the County Clerk NO LATER THAN 7:00 p.m. on June 26, 2012.
